Steps to Make Roasted Potatoes

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into evenly sized chunks.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and roast for another 5-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven, season with more salt if needed, and serve hot.
